Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

At Classic Cooker Cleaning we appreciate that there are times when an appointment needs to be re-arranged, postponed or, in exceptional circumstances, cancelled. In addition to any travel costs incurred, please note our fees below to cover costs in these circumstances.

Rescheduled Appointments:

  • Where an appointment is rescheduled and we have received at least 48 hours’ notice, there is no fee payable.
  • Where an appointment is rescheduled within 36 hours of the appointment time, there is a fee payable of 10% of the booked work value.
  • Where an appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, there is a fee payable of 25% of the booked work value.

Cancelled Appointments:

  • Where an appointment is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time, there is a fee payable of 50% of the booked work value.
  • Where an appointment is cancelled and not rescheduled within 36 hours of the appointment time, there is a fee payable of 75% of the booked work value.
  • Where an appointment is cancelled and not rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, there is a fee payable of 100% of the booked work value.

Non Attendance:

Where a client is not in attendance at the agreed appointment time, and we are unable to make any contact with the client, there is a fee payable of 100% of the booked work value.

Payments:

Payment for all work carried out is due on completion, unless an exception is arranged prior to the appointment.

Our preferred payment methods are Bank Transfer (BACS) or Cheque.
