  • Where do you operate?

    • We provide a professional service for cast iron cookers, to customers throughout Northern Ireland.

  • Why should I use you?

    • We deliver a manufacturer trained, restorative cleaning service, for all cast iron cookers. We strive to ensure your cooker will return to “as close to new” condition, and are the only specialists  recommended by both local retailers and leading independent service engineers who have viewed our results.

  • What products do you use?

    • We clean and restore your oven using a specialist commercial product range developed and perfected over many years of cooker cleaning experience. These products are tested by the Vitreous Enamel Association and are 100% free from caustic-soda, biodegradable and not tested on animals, because we care for you, your cooker AND the environment!

  • What do you do that I can’t do myself?

    • When we clean your cooker, attention to detail and patience is paramount, due to the fact grime builds over time, insidiously blending into your enamel without you realising it.

    We remove every component which is safe to do so; the cast iron ovens interiors clean themselves to a point, although we of course wire brush and clean them out. However there comes a time when the ovens, doors, lids, vitreous enamelled top plate and the entire exterior needs a thorough and detailed deep clean.

  • What insurance cover do you have?

    • We have comprehensive Public Liability Insurance with £5,000,000 cover and, for additional peace of mind, we also have valid AccessNI background checks.

  • Do I need to provide anything when you visit?

    • The only thing we need when we arrive is access to hot tap water… but a cup of tea is rarely refused!
